The doctor and the surgical team were very good.

However, we had major problems with the postoperative team. On the day after the procedure, we were not informed about when we would be picked up, and no one contacted us despite repeated inquiries and phone calls.

We were lucky that another patient was staying at our hotel and had to go to the hospital the next morning, so we were able to travel with him to the hospital.

We also experienced serious issues with the postoperative team / sales team (Mr. Göktug and Mr. Coban). After the procedure, we were no longer able to reach them in order to receive the certificate and the invoice.
