Great Result. Client Care Could Be Better.

Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome so far and the quality of my hair.
I think there could be more care and patient dialogue during the process.
I found myself being moved around and analysed without understanding exactly what's being done, why and for whom.
This was unsettling.
I also think the pre-surgery care could be better.
The team forget that this can be quite an anxious procedure for the client even if the surgeons are confident and well experienced.
Showing some awareness and comfort around this would've been valuable to me.
