Great doctor. Bad business

I recently had my transplant with Heva and the only highlight was the doctor, Selda, who performed my initial consultation. The other staff members were delightful, but I felt the entire time that no one knew what was going on. From my transportation from the airport to being checked out of my room a day before my flight--despite sharing my itinerary. I was very disappointed with the communication and how the business was handled. Be prepared for the stress you're buying with the money saved one moment on your procedure.
