Great and Constant Patient Care, Professional Clinic

I came across Smile Hair Clinic through a friend, who also did his hair transplant here. As I wanted to do a transplant as well, I decided to contact them and start organizing the steps. The contact was very easy, via Whatsapp and the telephone number they provided. They have a whole team specializing on talking with patients, providing information and organizing everything, starting from the trip to and back until hotel and transfers.
I was very satisfied how they treated me, the hotel they booked, the fact that all transfers were organized and puctual. Moreover, they provided all information needed regarding the whole healing period in form of a little book, explained it live via presentations. The operation has taken place for me around 3,5 weeks ago and still I am in contact with them: I have a dedicated number where I can write my status, my questions etc. and I always receive a response within 12 hours. Basically, patient (customer) support is constant even after the operation.
They also ask us to provide status with pictures at given timeframes (2W, 4W, 3M etc.).
I was and I am very satisfied, and I am happy that I did my operation at this clinic. I can strongly recommend it to anyone, who wants to be taken care of very nicely on a personal-, but greatly on a professional level. Take care and thank you, Smile Hair Clinic!
