Well after 5 years or research and gaining the courage I finally booked a trip to Thailand to see the famous dr pathomvanich, I have always had my hair long to cover up my receding hair line and have done a wander full job at that but lately it’s getting worse and hard to hide so after much research on forums I chose dr pathomvanich for his expertise in the field, I wasn’t after a cheap job not I wanted to sell my house for it so I thought his price was fair and reasonable I opted out for 2000 graphs here are some photos

You paid way too much money. But I price you could have did it in the states. I wouldn't recommend doing it in the states. Other countries do what you had for less than $2,000 and the work is beautiful

Thanks for your thoughts not everything is about money I went for a quality surgeon and also didn’t want to fly half way across the world for it happy with my purchase

I’m interested in seeing how it looks as the growth begins happening. I have a similar hairline as you and wear my hair longer as well. It’s been kind of hard to find someone with the same issue as myself (I don’t really want to shave my head to receive the transplant). So I’m looking to an follow up posts you may have.

Only early days yet so will sure to post when progress continues, I have full trust in my doctor, yes it was pricey but if the end result is what I want then money is not a object

I don’t think it’s as pricey as others have said above. Some transplants here in the USA are 10 grand to start & the results aren’t even that great in my opinion. If it’s done right and the results are great money shouldn’t be a factor.
