The Overall Experience Has Been Great
WORTH IT
The overall experience has been great. Everything went smooth. When I took contact with Smile Hair Clinic I got in touch with a case manager. He was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the planning of the operation and the travel easy to do. And if I had a question he always answered.
I love how Smile Hair Clinic makes everything easy for the customer. Everything is build into a package. Being picked up from the airport. Driven from from the hotel to the clinic and back to the hotel again. Even back to the airport when you're going home again. That they arrange your stay at a hotel. And the hotel looked nice as well.
On the operation day everyone was so friendly. They had a smile on their face. I felt I was welcome. They let me see me what they were going to do with my hair, and what they recommended to get the best result, and if I agreed to it. During the operation they ask me several times if everything was okay. I felt that they cared about me, and that I was in good hands.
After the operation they have a lot of information and professional advices to give you, which makes it easy to know what I need to do to get the best possible result in the end. I also like that they follow you up in a post operative period. It makes me feel taken care of, and it makes it easy to ask questions if I feel unsure about something.
