Very Disappointing Experience. When Promises Aren’t Kept.

Underwent a hair transplant procedure at the Clinic Centre, but unfortunately, the results have been disappointing. Despite initial assurances that a single treatment would adequately address my bald patch and enhance my hairline density, these promises were not fulfilled. After waiting for two years, I was informed that an additional procedure would be necessary—at an extra cost. This is unacceptable, particularly given the initial guarantees provided in writing. While the clinic staff were courteous during the procedure, their support diminished when I expressed dissatisfaction. They declined to offer a corrective procedure without charging me again. Furthermore, I was pressured to leave a review shortly after the treatment, which seemed premature and questionable. Overall, although the clinic provided satisfactory care during the procedure, their post-treatment service was lacking. Had they honored their commitments, I would not be sharing this review. Additionally, I have observed that the Clinic Centre does not respond to negative reviews, which suggests a lack of concern for dissatisfied customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic
