Complete Disappointment and Not Worth It

I was disappointed with my unshaven hair transplant procedure. Parts of my head were still shaved and not all of my balding areas were filled in. There was a language barrier with some of the staff. I asked three times for a copy of my consent form and I never received it. I never received a certificate of guarantee. I was never told that I had to pay for medication. It was stated via text, shampoo was included and I had to argue about that with them. During the procedure, I had to lay face down with my face in a donut hole for the hair extraction, but the chair used for the procedure was so old and uncomfortable, it really hurt my face. For what I paid for this surgery and the travel it was definitely not worth it. I had this procedure done a year prior and it was a much better experience, but I wanted to have the procedure done again without having my head shaved.
