My Procedure at Charles Medical Group could not have been more pleasant! The initial consultation with Patricia was extremely knowledgeable, informative and made it so easy to understand the process. Jenisita at the front was very helpful with the scheduling, paperwork and the logistics. The Technicians Haley, Jenny and Robert were so attentive and friendly, they really made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. The techs are very knowledgeable and experienced and you could tell they are very committed to making this the most pleasant and comfortable experience they could for the patient. Then there's Dr Charles....Dr Charles gave me complete confidence in the results I could expect and the process needed to achieve those results. He personally does the incisions and creates the hairline as discussed in the consultation. I was completely confident and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. You can tell why he's so highly regarded in the hair transplant community. I am so happy that I decided to do my procedure at the Charles Medical Group Facility. I Highly recommend Dr Charles and his staff, you wont be disappointed.
