Please DO NOT GO HERE. I’m a black woman and Asli Tarcan butchered me. The back of my head is severely over harvested and the front has a scar that they gave to me and has bald patches. I have to pay 6k to have it fixed in the states and they say it may never be fully fixed. They don’t know what they are doing. SAVE YOURSELF.

I am so sorry you experienced this! I hope you are able to fix your hair and it flourishes again. Thank you for also sharing your experience, it's going to help a lot of us black women (and men) looking to fix our hair. I paid my deposit in June and honestly the lockdown UK travel restrictions saved me form going. I am now booked in to see a Experienced DR in Belgium who also does Afro hair (and his black himself).

Thank you Sis. I have a corrective hair transplant scheduled here in the states on 8/20. This year has been extremely hard for me. I've been hiding this for 8 months. Praying that I feel pretty again by 2022. Blessings to you!

You will definitely feel pretty again but know that you're already beautiful! It's hard for us women because hair can be a big thing. I have sworn off box braids for good lol.

I am just now reading your comment from 2021. It is now March, 2022. What is the name of the Doctor in Belgium, and did you go and have it done?

Also if you feel comfortable, please share your experience on the hair restoration network forum so more people are aware.

I do feel comfortable sharing. I really don't want anyone else to experience what I have. Is the forum a website?

Here is the link to the website: https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/ Re hairstyles. Im super jealous of women who can rock braids, locs and experience no hair loss and damage. I'm just gonna rock my natural hair out or in twists after my procedure and hair growth.

Thank you! Same here. I wish I had noticed sooner what my hairstyle was doing to me.

I can attest to this. I went to Asli a month in early June 2021 so i'm about 10 months in. They (Fred) marked me for too many grafts to be taken from my donor area and they even implanted grafts on top of hair that I already had on the sides( temple area). Waste of grafts. Waay too many grafts (4500 supposedly) taken from the back of my head and now im damn near bald back there. Now I'm worried if whether I can even do something about this. I still have to wear hats for now smfh even though the front is coming along.
