I had an FUE Sapphire Hair Transplant at the Smile Hair Clinic in Istanbul in March 2022.
I booked my package through Qunomedical, which included accommodation, both airport and daily minibus transfers, and also included the entire treatment and procedure at the Hair Clinic. Everything about the Smile Hair Clinic was fantastic; all the staff, doctors and technicians were extremely friendly and very professional.
Smile Hair Clinic staff make you feel very welcome and the whole process was very straightforward. The clinic is very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the required equipment.
I was very satisfied with the overall price of the package; I chose the primary package which means that the doctor performs both a pre- and post procedure consultation and effectively supervises the whole procedure with regular visits throughout the day and the technicians are left to perform the canal opening, harvesting, collecting and implanting of hair shafts.
I have to say that the technicians were absolutely brilliant and I firmly believe they did a fantastic job in my case. They were very friendly, caring and professional and they make you feel completely comfortable and at ease with regular updates on progress of the procedure. My whole procedure lasted approximately 7.5 to 8 hours and during the consultation I had before my procedure, I had been quoted an estimate of 3200 to 3800 hair graphs for transplant , but in the event, the technicians were able to harvest 4150 hair graphs, which I was delighted about! The procedure wasn’t at all painful, it just takes quite a long time and the Smile Hair Clinic care for their patients very well with anaesthetic, as and when required to reduce/avoid any pain, and they regularly check on your well-being, and perform full tests and checks before and during the procedure to ensure your safety and comfort.
I could not recommend more highly the Smile Hair Clinic in every way; great staff, great facilities and fantastic service all round and all at a very reasonable price. I am very happy that I chose the Smile Hair Clinic for my hair transplant
