My Experience with This Clinic Was Extremely Disappointing
My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. In April 2022, I had my surgery appointment with Dr. Serkan Aygin. Initially, I was forced to pay the full surgery fee in advance. Then, another doctor came and quickly made his drawings in just a minute. I was dissatisfied because I wanted to be treated by Dr. Aygin himself. After a lengthy back-and-forth, Dr. Aygin eventually came, visibly annoyed, and redrew everything.
He was absent during the operation, and after 9 hours of treatment, I complained again. Dr. Aygin returned for seconds, only saying "okay," and then disappeared once more. After the surgery, I received a warranty certificate, assuring me that all transplanted hairs were guaranteed. I also purchased expensive home care products. I followed the instructions diligently and took better care of my hair than instructed.
Unfortunately, my suffering was not over. I was promised post-operation support, but it did not go smoothly. I often had to wait for days or even weeks to get a response, and the instructions kept changing. At times, I was told to completely stop using minoxidil, and at other times, to use it twice a week. A year later, I had less hair than before the surgery, and when I sent photos, it took weeks to receive a response stating that the hair would only fully grow after 1.5 years.
Now I'm told there is no other solution but to undergo a second surgery. I'm expected to schedule an appointment with the clinic myself. Despite clear evidence in the form of photos showing that the transplanted hair in the temple area had fallen out, I received no different response. When I inquired about the warranty certificate, it was simply ignored.
It's not just about the money for me; it's also about the psychological distress I endured over the course of 1.5 years, the pain, and the fact that I ended up with less hair than before.
