Agreement was to transplant 4500-5000 grafts and they transplanted 3000-3500 grafts

They promissed to provide second transplantation of the hair free of charge, in case the first one will be not successfull. After 1,5 year, they do not accept to provide it free of charge. They request almost same price for second transplantation, what I paid first time. They convinced me to buy stemcells procedure first time, to ensure 100% results, but result is very bad. Just after transplantation, I calculated grafts and I claimed them, that agreement was to transplant 4500-5000 grafts and they transplanted 3000-3500 grafts, but even then they were convincing me, that results will be perfect.
Some stuff who provided transplantation, was wearing really poor clothes. Shoes was not medical ones, but dirty sport shoes.
There were 4-5 different doctors, who was inseeting the grafts, and only one of them was really profesional one. I was not informed that studens or other low experience level stuff will provide procedure. That caused me very uneven front line of transplanted hair.
