Excellent Service and Caring Team

Excellent service from the very beginning of the hair transplant journey (literally). Transfer service and communication via WhatsApp was consistent. Was taken directly from Airport to hotel and checked in carefree.
My hair transplant organiser communicated every step of the way and confirmed pickup time from hotel to clinic.
Arrived at Hair Smile Transplant clinic and was welcomed with great hospitality. The step by step process was explained and consent forms signed followed by some pictures of my hairline which were taken.
The procedure process then commenced with me being escorted into the clinic room and having a consultation with consultant. Hair line and donor areas marked and agreed which then proceeded onto the procedure.
The procedure itself was professional, using high standard of care with great clinically trained staff. Tye consultant had checked up on me several times and reviewed my progress whilst doing so.
An interim break was offered with a meal (if you have an appetite at this point). After this, the last phase of implantation begins.
My whole process took an experienced 8-9 hours in total. And during this time all staff demonstrated upmost professionalism, respect and courteousness.
Lastly, the aftercare service 6 days post operation is efficient with the care team checking on my recovery progress. This will last 12 months which is a testament to thier high quality caring service.
Overall, I would recommend this clinic to family and friends benefitting from thier service.
