After 1,5 Years of Hair Removal Treatment - No Results and No Compensation

I was a patient at Dr. Wagner hair removal clinic for 1,5 years. Before the treatment I was promised positive result after 6 - 8 sessions. Unfortuanetly, after 1,5 years of treatment I have not seeing any result at all and Dr. Wagner refused to provide any compensation for unsussesfull treatment.
