My hair has been thinning at my part for about a year now. Still have density but definitely not as much as I did. I have begun taking nutrafol back in February so we are in the middle of my third month. My shedding has definitely subsided and my existing hair has grown quite a bit. I notice some filling in at my temples but nothing to rave about so keeping an eye on that. Let's see what else I notice! I'm giving this six months!

Are you still taking this? I am trying to decide what to do about my excess shedding.
