Empty promises - followed instructions & no improvement after a year

I subscribed for a year to save me money. I followed the recommendations and instructions but after about a year there is still no improvement so I ask for a refund. They said they can give me a refund or they can continue sending me the thing that I apply on my hair until I see result. So I said yes send me those thing and we'll see, a month after when I asked them when they gonna send me the new package they said I have to subscribe to get it. Like seriously?
