Per-fec-ting my hair growth (hormone related)

Hair update July 2024. I have a few comparisons photos of before and after color. My hair is so long, it’s just above my butt. I stopped all vitamins and just use shampoo/conditioner for long hair.

Figured I’d drop by with a quick hair update. I been steady with taking multi-vitamins and collagen rich supplements. With going through peri-menopause my hair loss has been minimal with just regular shedding. Here’s a current pic of my hair. I’ve been allowing my daughter whose a cosmetology student trim my hair regularly. Thanks for dropping by.

Here’s a recent photo Dec 2021 compared to Oct 2020. Vitamins have really helped my hair grow and become a bit more healthier.
