I have been obsessed with breast since I was a teenager. My mom always had them. My sister got hers. mine never came. I always heard wait until you have kids. Wait until your older, you'll gain weight. You'll get boobs. Neither happened in my case. Now after breast feeding two children what little bit of tissue I had is completely gone! After knowing a few people that took the plunge and got the surgery I said "it's time!" My husband isn't thrilled about it. It's more sticker shock than anything. He just doesn't want me spending that much on something he doesn't care if I have or not when there really are other things we could use the money for. The closer I get the more excited I'm getting and the more anxiety I'm getting.

You have the ideal wish boob picture...a picture of yourself during your breastfeeding days! Do you know what type and about what size implants you'll be getting? You might find a surgery buddy on the August 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum. Good luck and please update us often!

I forgot to add my height and weight in my original post. The Dr. will be using Seintra cohesive gel, textures, round implants. I am deciding between 350 and 375. I'm hoping if I go with 375, once they are under and I lose 10% that they'll give me the look of the 350 that I want. I added pictures with rice sizers. The first is without. They are a little lumpy lol

The closer I'm getting to my date I'm thinking about calling it quits on the whole thing. I didn't take a lot of time to research the Dr. I chose but was referred to him by someone that has good results. She also knows three other people that used him as well with great results. I was not impressed at all with anything posted on his website (a whole 6 B&As). I have seen many other before and afters on here that look far better. I am more confident however with the results I will get from Sientras rather the the surgeon himself necessarily. My initial consultation was fine and the office staff were very friendly and professional. I felt like I had a pressure to book to take advantage of a $500 savings that would expire if I didn't do it now. I had asked to see more pictures first thought but by the end of my consultation I had forgotten and booked anyway. I'm currently not working so I felt like it's the best time since I will not require any time off to heal. They told me I could stop in "any time" to try on sizers as many times as I wanted and ask any more questions. I called on day when I would be in the area to ask to try them on again and to see more photos like I requested the first time. They acted frazzled but eventually said I could come in. They still did not have any better pictures to offer me. The printed out a few that they thought were close to my size with similar size implants. They continued to mumble something about "these were probably all old too like the ones on their web site." I wanted to see more current results with Sientra implants. I was also a little discouraged that they do not have any full length mirrors in their office. I am 5'5" and anyone shorter then me would have a very difficult time seeing the sizers in the mirror. I was not able to try on two of the same size. Only one larger and one smaller. On the outside both that they suggested were too large and I felt like they gave me bigger ones the second time I went back. I thought I originally tried on 285 and 300. When I went back I was given 350 and 375 and I thought both were too big on the outside but after seeing results I definitely want to go with one of those sizes. So anyway besides not being %100 thrilled with the surgeon I have been reading about everyone's ex-plants and the yrs of suffering people have had once getting implants. I am not sure its worth the risk of silicone leaking into my body and organs to be sick for the next few yrs until I can't take it anymore and have to spend even more money to get them out than I did to get them in. At this point I'm starting to not even care that I will lose almost $700 (my deposit) if I cancel.
