Before getting my BA I noticed most people stop giving reviews within the first year. I was always curious about how much people still feel like it is worth the investment. When I first got mine done, I was mostly happy with the results in the first year. Now looking at them visually, they look small again. I used to think they were a good size for what I wanted. After everything has seemed to drop and settle they appear smaller. I have always stayed active and returned to the gym 6 weeks after surgery. I have never fully recovered strength in my chest muscles and still struggle to do push ups the way I could Pre BA. My muscles feel like they are in a constant state of fatigue. They still involuntarily spasm in the cold. I can’t wear anything too form fitting or a padded bra. Both cause too much pressure on my chest and cause heart palpitations. I feel like I have a lot of minor annoyances from discomforts caused by implants. Overall I would say it’s ultimately not worth the money. I think they feel hard and heavy in my chest. My scars have faded wonderfully though. I did not realize how much until looking back at old photos what a world of difference they are now.

Time flew with post op recovery. I returned to the gym and working out after 6 weeks. I had a large bruise on my right side that needed to heal so it took me a little longer to heal enough for work out. I haven't really taken many progress pictures along the way. I still have a lot of soreness. I hate the tense shaking muscles in the cold! Cold weather is not good for sore pecs! Push ups are still difficult (pushing back up!) but everything I am able to do with ease at the gym (I don't lift weights for heavy lifting so if you do it might be a little different) I am happy with the way they look and still hoping the scars will fade more. The dr said they can't take 18 months to reach their final color/ size. I am using BioCornium on them. I still have a frequent heavy type of pressure in my chest and have experienced heart palpations at times. They are mostly comfortable but I still squish them sometimes trying to sleep and wake up uncomfortable. I got a massage and by the end on my stomach I was trying to find a way to take pressure off of them. I can't figure out how update my review and change if it was worth it or not. For me right now it still is/was. I am happy with the size and the way they look.

Stitches came out yesterday. Feeling Great. Up and moving around. Have been able to carefully drive for a few days. Some tight turns are a little iffy. I can lift and move most things around the house with ease. Refrigerator door. The full water pitcher (carefully with both hands). I washed a sink of dishes mostly comfortably. I do still have some tightness and spasm on the right side because I did hurt it moving too fast my first day home. My son was about to lift a cup of coke (recommended my the anesthesiologist for nausea) by the lid in the living room. I jumped to catch it. I have a large bruise and soreness in the muscle on the right side. I have some work to do from home before I return to work in July but have found it difficult to reach the keyboard and mouse without strain/soreness. I pulled the keyboard as close to me as I can to help keep it comfortable. I also haven't been able to clear the drowsy fog to focus or concentrate on work. I did much better today after a shower and some coffee. I tried to stay motivated and get some stuff done. I tried on some swim suits today and am happy that they all still fit, just much better now. I'm loving the way the tops fit now! I finally lost all the swelling in my stomach and no longer look 5 months pregnant. I have had regular bowl movements since eliminating all of the meds but Tylenol and 2 muscle relaxer a day. Can't wait to start wearing other bras and clothes to dress them up/ show them off.
