Quick picture of my incision

Just thought I would post a quick picture of what my incision looks like after about 10 months. This is the front of my thigh, more towards the hip area - I wear my pants pretty tight (lol!) and so it's hard to tell what is the incision from the marks that are from the elastic from my underpants, etc. The scar is the white line in the middle. I recently had sclerotherapy to treat varicose veins, so I am wearing compression pantyhose.

Wow, you can't even tell that you had surgery done. Now I have a second option for a surgeon. Thanks for posting.
Looking good, my love! My scar in that area on both sides of my body are thick and dark, moreso than any other plastic surgery scars on my body. Same surgeon, same procedure, I guess that just goes to show how scarring varies widely from person to person. They're only visible when I am nude whereas my fat/skin was visible 24/7 no matter what I wore. Be well and enjoy your rocking body!

Thank you - he took 6 lbs off me during surgery and I lost another 15
You lost 15 lbs after surgery? He told me that’s not a good idea and that I should maintain whatever weight I’m at after surgery. Bit u look great tho

Hi! How are you feeling about your new body these days?? I went to see dr.cappella about a lower body lift and recieved a quote but have not pursued it out of fear. Really worried about backside appearance afterwards..are you happy with your results?
I am happy and less self conscious. Everyone's result will vary - it depends on what you are starting with - I had A LOT of backside and not much stomach, so my result is what it is. It still amazes me that he was able to trim it off and put me back together as nicely as he did.

After losing approximately 120 pounds, I was left...

After losing approximately 120 pounds, I was left with saggy skin and flesh that no amount of exercise could fix. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Capella and his physician assistant, Scott, for their competence, artistry, and kindness - my results exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy! I plan to come back to them for a breast lift with augmentation later this summer and possibly an inner thigh lift.
