Gynecomastia surgery - wasted dollars, still having puffy nipples

Gynecomastia Surgery - Wasted $$$
Surgeon does not have the experience/expertise with the gynecomastia surgery however mentioned that he could perform it as if it was an "easy surgery". Keeping this simple and straight to the point, he believed he could extract breast gland tissue with vaser lipo alone without cutting out the breast tissue gland. Prior to surgery he mentioned that he'd be removing all of it. (I've seen 100s of these surgeries performed which they removed it all or left minimal gland behind the nipple)
Post surgery, he didn't own up to his part of his mishaps of leaving the breast tissue behind and me still having puffy nipples 1 week post op, he claimed it was just swelling which results from this surgery are pretty much instantaneous. At my 3 month check-up, he then blamed it on me not getting an areola reduction, which has nothing to do with having puffy nipples and due to breast gland tissue being left behind. Anyone that has had this surgery knows that if you remove the breast gland tissue the areola complex will retract shrink which is the reason for the puffy nipples. After talking with him about the breast gland tissue still being there, he gaslit me blaming it on the areola reduction and come to find out he only used vaser lipo which can't remove breast tissue and wanted me to pay additional $$$ for the revision.
Lastly, he doesn't do any markups or walkthrough of what he's actually going to do during the operation, only a verbal discussion. Most doctors do a step by step discussion and show you markups of what they plan to do. After getting a consult post surgery with two separate doctors, they both mentioned that he didn't perform this surgery accurately and the areola reduction had nothing to do with the puffy nipples which was all the confirmation I needed which I was correct, as I stressed to him..which led me to move on from him.
I'd rather pay full price for a revision with an expert than pay "discount revision" with him. Avoid this surgery with him as he lacks experience….
