Super warm & friendly! The staff made me feel comfortable. Sometimes it can be anxiety provoking seeking surgery but this team puts you at ease. Even the surgery team were friendly. Dr. Berman is super down to earth and periodically checked in on me after my procedure to ensure I was healing optimally!
