My results are disappointing

Had a 2nd gyno surgery with this surgeon Dr Caridi earlier this year. The first, prior surgeon, had already removed most of the glandular tissue in the immediate nipple areas but left most if not all the thick rubbery tissue on the outer edges and sides of my chest, and tentacles extending over my pectoral muscle. Dr Caridi in this 2nd surgery left some of this thick, hard, rubbery tissue along the outside area of my chest on both sides despite two insicions on each side for access including incisions at the nipple and in the armpit. First surgeon never made an incision in the armpit area. This hard rubbery tissue still on my outer chest area after my surgery with Dr Caridi is 1-3 inches from either incision on both sides. What is infuriating is the fact I literally put his hands on the area where the thick hard rubbery tissue remains (infront of a witness) and this surgeon said he "would make a note of it", yet some is still there. In my online consultation with Dr Caridi I also explained most of the issues were on the sides of the chest. Two thick long tentacles of hard rubbery tissue on the top of my left side pectoral muscle and one shorter hard rubbery tentacle on the lower top of my right pectoral muscle still remain. At the lower edge at the curve of my left side pectoral muscle there is a small lump and a very slight divot where one of the thick tentacles still on my left pectoral muscle meets the lower edge of my pectoral muscle. About 1.5 inches outside of the left nipple remains a small lump of hard thick rubbery tissue about half an inch thick and about 2 inches long horizontal to the nipple. To say my results are disappointing is an understatement especially considering the amount I paid for this surgery, plus plane fares for two people, hotel and rental car.
