I Regret my Surgery and Wish I'd Gone with a Different Surgeon
Got surgery for gynecomastia from Dr Milovic a couple of years ago. Although he improved my chest shape slightly, I still have noticeable man boobs in my opinion (see photos). I still can't confidently wear a t-shirt or take my shirt off at the beach or the pool. I'm now looking to get a revision surgery from a different surgeon, but my research suggests that revisions often produce sub-optimal results due to the internal scarring caused by the original procedure. If you're thinking about getting gynecomastia surgery, please do your research very very carefully and consult multiple surgeons before committing to surgery. Your first procedure is your best (and potentially only) chance of ridding yourself of this life destroying condition.
