Hi everyone. I had gyno surgery performed on 23rd Feb (currently 4 weeks post op). I had removal of breast tissue, no lipo. I have added pics and worried that there may be tissue necrosis. I did vape nicotine initially but stopped for about the last week. See pictures attached. Are my nipples dying?

Hi They look darker , and irregular . I think it might be the trauma . What is your doctor saying ?

I've had it done and this is NOT normal. Go to another Doctor and get treated as fast as you can. This is not a normal outcome. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. It was just scabbing and bruising on the skin. It looks MUCH better now and continues to do so every day!
