Trying to get a follow up appointment for 16months

I had surgery with Dr. Troung in 2018

I'm not happy it's my results . I waited until 2020 to see if they would improve.

I've been reaching out to the doctors office for 16 months. 20 plus emails, calls to the office and personal cell phones.

Why is this happening ....?

After posting on real self the doctor office email me and was more concerned about the review then getting back to me.
And also said they don’t want to do business with me, and gave me the link to find a new plastic surgeon .
( BTW this was sent from an anonymous email with no name attached)
I’ve already done so and found an excellent surgeon. Thanks . Who would want to work with a doctor that did your surgery and ignored you for 16months

The also sent me the email from a different email and the author of the email didn’t even sign there name at the bottom. In the response I ask them it would be nice for the one that sent me the email put there name on it . Very unprofessional.
