Finally the Flat, Masculine Chest I Always Wanted!

I cannot say enough good things about my gynecomastia surgery. The results have honestly exceeded every expectation I had. For the first time in my life, my chest is completely flat and natural-looking. Whether I’m wearing a fitted t-shirt, a dress shirt, or no shirt I finally look manly, no more man boobs.
