There is still lots of fat left or trapped in my chest!

Surgery date 3-31-2026. Had an extremely disappointing experience with this plastic surgeon. The results were uneven and not what I expected, leaving me feeling self-conscious instead of confident. I felt dismissed, said my expectations are too high when I brought up my issues. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone looking for attentive care or quality results. Paid Dr.Costa 22,000 dollars for gynecomastia surgery and this what's left over. Do not feel good or confident about how I look after the surgery. Had these male breast over 40 years wanted them completely out enabling me to take my shirt off during the summer and whenever feeling like it. What did I get for my money? One side hangs lower than the other, nipples were put back on torn and or cut, not matching , scared up. There is still lots of fat left or trapped in my chest!! Doctor Costa wanted to charge me another 7 thousand dollars for revision surgery too.
