I Could Not Be Happier

Well, I'm about ten days post op and getting better by the day. I have stopped taking the prescribed pain meds and moved to Tylenol extra strength. I am still really swollen but I told my plastic surgeon if I remained like this I would be satisfied. I feel like a person again with a "real" body. I could not be more satisfied.

Did you only have a TT? That is a amazing difference! I think you look awesome!

I will be having my tt done with Dr wyble. How long was your recovery?
I started feeling like myself again around the end of week two/start of week three. He did really well with my pain management prescriptions so I slept through most of the "rough patch" first few days post op. I could have probably gone back to work after week two but I had some pretty bad swelling around week 3 so I elected to stay home another week.
Did he use staples or stitches? So many questions I did not ask! My surgery is still some time away! How long did you spend at the surgery center? Your results are amazing!!
No worries. It is tons of information to try to remember. I had to compile all my questions in my iPad to make sure I didn't forget anything. Lol. He used disposable stitches on me. I honestly have no idea how long I was at the surgery center. This was just in March but all of that is a big blur. I would say at least 6 or 7 hours. Thank you so much. I am still battling swelling but even if the swelling never went down I am still very pleased with his work. He did an amazing job and his follow up has been great. I was there just last week to check in with him again so he could see my progress. I'm excited for you to begin your journey. Feel free to inbox me anytime.

Feeling great
Ten days post op. My dr. doesn't want me taking pictures because I'm still so swollen. I feel great and am happy even with the swelling.

Swollen or not you look GREAT!!! Congrats again and dont forget about the juice for swelling.

I my usual weight is about 172-175. I think I was 179 the day of surgery. We just came out of Mardi Gras season where I live so I picked up a few pounds.

Diva you stay encouraged. You are going to be just fine. When you see the results you will be so happy you went forward and didn't let your anxiety and fear detour you. I can't wait to follow your story.

Only one month until surgery ????????????
My surgery TT surgery is scheduled one month from today. I am currently feeling so many emotions. I am excited and paranoid at the same time. I keep having a fear that my results won't be as good as I would like. I am sure this is very normal but it's starting to make me have extreme anxiety. I think I will be so disappointed if I put so much into getting this done and the results aren't to my satisfaction.

i knew I wasnt going to look like some of the much thinner women on here. Its been an adjustment because my butt and thighs have swollen really bad. I have felt like a fat girl run over by a steam roller so she is fat but flat. I think the thighs are going down , i can tell when i try to pee and when I walk. I hvent tried on clothes or anything that didnt work from before because of swelling. Im sure its going to be much much better. I'm still me and a little chunkier than some on here but i am now a flatter smoother me.

Hi there! Yes, surgery was a week ago yesterday. Recovery has been interesting. I have had some really great days and then some that were a challenge. I am overall extremely pleased with the results though. I get drains out Thursday and will try to get some pics posted. Thanks for checking on me.
No problem at all! Im so happy for you and cant wait to see the results. Its all recovery from here. Make sure to drink lots of water and also juice some pineapple, cucumber and celery, it helps with the swelling.
