325 Mod Plus Saline

I am 12 weeks out of my BA as of today. Several weeks ago, my doctor suggested that I was beginning to get CC on my left breast because it looked like it had moved up / not dropped. I also had pain in it. Oddly, the breast has never hardened. I did the aggressive massages as the doctor suggested to stop the contracture. At today's visit, the doctor said that the contracture had stopped but that it had causes a partial leak that was no longer leaking. He said I needed surgery to remove and replace the implant and he was going to remove scar tissue. I would have drain after surgery for 72 hours. He said the leak was why my implant was smaller ton the left side than the right. I didn't know saline implant cold leak a little and then stop leaking. I also didn't know I could stop a contracture and that a contracture could not be hard. I've wondered many times if perhaps my implant were just not filled properly to make them the same size. Thoughts?

I am 10 weeks out. I had 325 cc in my left breast and 365 in right. Now my breast do not look the same, thoughts?
