I just had the pearl fractional laser done today. (Full face) It was very painful but bearable. I don't know if it's worth it yet until I start healing but I will keep you updated. My face is bleeding a little on my nose& chin. I have little square waffle shaped marks (Brown in color) all over my face where the laser was. It was just done 3 hours ago and right now I just feel like I have a bad sunburn.
I will update as time goes by and progress starts. I have included before, and after photos...so far. There is one photo of when they put the numbing gel on.

Here, some advice I should have known before getting laser, first is that your skin will become dehyrated this will cause your skin to be unable to heal properly and experience very red dry skin. To fix this you need a hydrating serum. Plus avoid low quality skin care products they use ingredients that make delicate skin worse. Also you should take fish oil to help heal your skin. Laser's create a wound you must do everything you can do to heal that wound.
