Since I was 17 I've always had an upper belly...

Since I was 17 I've always had an upper belly pooch and lower belly gut. I use to wrap my belly up just to fit into jeans in highschool. I wasn't fat....just genetically muffin topped! About 23 years old I changed my life with diet and excercise. My body transformed and fat that sat there for years melted off and I shrunk to a cool 115, with a smoking body that had a smaller upper and lower gut. I still was a little thick, but I looked good and felt amazing.
Fast forward. I had a kid at 27 and keep up my fitness. Running, kickboxing, eliptical, boot camps...and last year Crossfit. I'm in great shape, moderate excercise and generally feel good...except now if I gain weight it got straight to my upper and lower belly. It's absurd. So I kinda gave up a few months ago and decided to do this after spending a year believing it was too much money to spend on my body.
Got a huge bonus this year and pulled the trigger.
I expect amazing results and honestly am excited to see a flat tummy again!
I had two large applicators on my lower belly and two large applicators on my upper belly in a diamond shape. Big lardy draws and deep massages. All the reviews are spot on. Painful and the massage hurts but is the most important part.
Major bruising (like I look beat up) soreness but I've tried to massage my belly day and night to keep it soft as help with "whatever". I could swear to god after I woke up this am I could see some of the pockets of fat under my ribs are conclaved and I'm less swollen.
Waiting for the day 4 pain to kick in but honestly I hurt more from doing Crossfit (soreness) then from this so I'm hoping I'm a little tough. ;)
I'll post more as I progress!! "Wishing me good luck"

Just to show bruising. It's normal. I massage every night day. At this point wake up feeling good, by end of day swollen and sore. Feel pretty good.

I see less fat already compared to your pre-op photo!? Is that possible?
January 21, 2016
Maybe. I see it too...but I think the reason is this: the pre-treatment picture was taken at noon the day of...I was likely bloated a little. (I felt huge taking the pic).
The post 3 day was this AM right after waking up. Which is when we are all a little more slender. I'm going to start taking morning pics so it's a consistent time of day.
But yeah. I'm seeing it too. I will say this...I was able to push down myself on the butter stick in my upper belly (love this place) before she massaged it and it felt like cold "liquid"....and I'm like....I wonder where that goes? Lol. Perhaps it really did go away.

It's not my imagination. I have no idea why or how, but yeah see for yourself. Im getting some long streak stretching pain and a little tingling. It's probably my nerves coming back online. (Had nerve damage to my hand years ago familiar with the feelings). Belly is still numb-ish in places, itchy a little bit, and sore to touch a little. Bruises are fading. I still massage my belly in the morning and at night. It's soft and if I find any tight spots I rub it around to get things flowing. Today I wanted to wear a tight fitting sweater shirt so I put a spanx top on. Definitely not as tight as it use to be! By the end of the day I'm swollen still and much more sore. Waking up every morning feeling more back to normal.

Hope it works, I am considering it. Does the space help with the pain/soreness?

The soreness is like getting DOMs from excercise. The pain, if you can call it that, for me....is just a discomfort every now and then. Everyone feels things differently so it depends. The spanx doesn't really change he sensations it just hugs them in. Haha. Not sure how to explain that. This is the first day using and I only used because I wanted a smooth look with my right sweater. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.
