Thought I'd update. I'm seven weeks post flanks, and day 20 of 21 day fix. I'm down by 4lbs since starting the fix and it's given me great results in addition to how coolsculpting changed my body shape. Very pleased and can't wait to see where I am in another 21 days. Goal is to lose 10 by the end of June.

90 Days Post - Flanks (4 applicators, two on each side)

Just a quick update. At 90 days post I went in for my follow up and also got my flanks done. After such great results in the front, it left my backside quite noticeable, and to have a fully body transformation, I wanted to get them under control! So 4 applicators on my flanks, two on each side. They curved up towards my inside back, starting at the side of my hip. Not nearly as uncomfortable as the abs, and way less pain sensation overall. No uncomfortable sleeping. Swollen a lot this am, but I wore a loose dress and a sport jacket so its not uncomfortable.
Very excited to see the results and I will post pictures in about a week or so.

Thank you for posting! I am having my first session one week from today (2 large applicators) and am scheduled to have the 2nd session (2 small applicators) 10 days later. I was told that I could resume exercise immediately, and that it would be good for me. Did you hear this? Did you take time off your workouts because of the pain?

Naw. I had four done in a day and is say you take a few days off for soreness and then resume. It's really not that bad.

Hi, thank your posts! Very informative. I had the procedure on 4/18/16 and the tingling and numbness is not the most comfortable feeling. I did lower abdomen, to do something about this gut. Please keep posting:)

awesome! i get my stomach done this friday! im concerned that one treatment wont do much but ive seen some great results with just one treatment. I definately wanna do my flanks too! im nervous because i heard this is all painful, and im worried about the numbness lasting weeks..months

It's really not that bad. The numbers is not painful you don't really notice it. You'll do great!!!

Well. When they say that 2 months is the magic amout of days. They are not lying!!! I can't even believe what I'm seeing. Happy, excited...motivated to keep up my cardio and light weight training. :). Clothes still don't fit because I have such a heavy flank issue but I'm confidant when I get them done it will be the shape I've wanted. My weight is down "maybe" 3lbs. Not much so what you see is truly cool sculpting.
