Looking for guidance for facial fat transfer after IPL damage

Hello,I’m sorry that this isn’t a official review but there is no forum section in real self and I want to be in contact with people who have had the procedure done. I’m 25 years old and I have facial volume loss due to laser treatments I had done about a year ago. For those who have similar damage its known it can continue to progress a year to a year and a half I think I can pretty confidently say that the inflammation is done.Now I’m really just looking information from those who have had volume loss from IPL have undergone a facial fat transfer. I understand that the procedure isn’t perfect and everyone’s different I’ve done my research and understand the risk that come with it also how important things like the donor site, harvesting the fat, the experience of the DR and laying out the fat all contribute to favorable outcomes.If anyone can talk to me about there procedure and how it was with there doctor that would be amazing. Or if anyone knows of a doctor that:- uses PRF or PRP for the fat graft to help with the survival- prefer to use fat from site other than the abdominal/thigh area ( hear that when aging this fat gets denser will sag eventually not good for long term)- are conservative with laying the fat I have saved for this and am more than willing to have another procedure to get the outcome I want.Thank you so much for those who have taken the time to read this it’s hard finding any support for IPL damage there used to be a forum but it’s closed.
