I had an upper Blepharoplasty with Dr. German Vargas in Guatemala. The procedure was relatively simple and painless and scars disappeared within a few weeks. I had an sagging lids and was unable to apply much eye makeup as a result. I have a more defined lid now and better area for applying makeup. The Renova facility of Dr. Vargas is extremely modern and he has a friendly and warm personality that makes patients feel at ease.
