THE DAY!
WORTH IT$1,545
Today at 7 am I arrived at the hospital waiting for the receptionist to show me my room where I will stay for quite few hours because the anesthesia will be in my body for quite a while after the surgery. The doctor made me undress and marked the areas where the lipo would be done. Some of the fat will be put in my bum. Lets see how I look. :D

Day of Surgery
Hi to everyone! I'm on my second recovery day after lipo. I wasn't in the mood to write but I needed to update my story and talk about my pain, haha!
After waking up from the surgery, I was in my hospital room. All sleepy because of the anesthesia and slept for a couple of hours.
My mom was in the room with me, she was so concerned because my mouth was shivering and my nails where purple. She called the nurse and immediately gave me some drops to elevate my blood pressure. The nurses and doctor came constantly checking if I was alright. I felt quite good by the way. (Pain killers making their work haha!) Around 4:30pm I finally could move my legs. The nurse came and took the urethra drain and helped me change to my clothing. Slowly walked to my car and my mom took me home.
I can say that sleeping was quite uncomfortable but not that bad to rest after a surgery.
For my experience, the procedure is quite hard because its a real operation and you need to mentally know that even though the pain is not that bad you need to live 24/7 with a post-surgery garment and take care when taking a shower or changing your clothes.
I'll keep posting my updates of how I feel, because tomorrow it's new years party and the night will be long...
*Hope to post a picture of my dress and garment for new years tomorrow.

Hi Karen! Looking good already! I saw your post about the pumps, remember to get your massages done. I've read they are imperative to the healing. I go this Friday for lipo, I'm getting nervous. Looking forward to your results. Also don't forget your Arnica tea!!

Thanks for the comment.
Yes! I am looking for professional masseurs that give post surgery massage!!! I was very nervous 1 day before surgery, I couldn't sleep. It was horrible, but when you get to the O.R that's when it hits you!!! You're getting it done. You should post your review and tell us how it went. Didn't know about Arnica tea, I'll look for it!!!

3 DAY POST SURGERY
Hi again!, I forgot to post my new year's three day post surgery.
I'm Kinda swollen but can start to see a much smaller waste and no bra rolls. Lots of bruising as you cab see.
Today January 5th I am a week post surgery and bandages were removed, leaving the garment by itself. The feeling to scratch myself is kinda stressful but I try not to pay attention and do something to forget. I can say that I feel pretty good about the pain and stopped taking pain killers two days ago. I'll keep you posted!!!

Any more updates?

Hi, you know, I was kind of disappointed because I wasn't fat, i just wanted to sculpt my body and I couldn't see a big difference after 6 months. Only a flatter stomach but not that much. So I went with another doctor that my masseur recommended since the first time I talked to her about it and she said the same thing about the no "difference look". I already decided in having a second liposuction on the 14th of july. Hope this is the right one!!!!

aww sorry to hear that the first lipo didnt work about for you! Did your first doctor take very little cc out of you?
July 4, 2017
He said he took out 2100 cc, the first weeks I could see a very prominent waist but after the 2 month, not that much!!! I thought I needed more time but I started asking doctors and they said that it should've been more. So let's see how it goes. I talked with clients of my actual doctor and they were very satisfied. I'll take pictures before my surgery and after!!!
Thank you for starting a review! I wish you well on your journey and hope you find lots of support here.
That's great to hear!
