Hi everyone! I’m so excited to share my buccal fat removal experience/journey with you all! I have had extremely chubby cheeks and a round face ever since I was born and I used to even get bullied about it as a child and have basically hated my cheeks my entire life! I wish I could get the chin/jawline argumentation but I honestly could not afford it and was looking for more afforadable ways to get rid of the roundness to my face and stumbled across this procedure! I decided to see dr Joel michel in Guadalajara based on some reviews I saw on here! The procedure itself was so quick and easy! He put me under local anesthesia and was making sure I was comfortable the entire time! I would rate the pain a 5/10. Most of it is painless but there are times when he would pull at the buccal fat which would hurt a bit but totally bearable. He removed all of my buccal fat and I was so amazed when I got to see and hold the fat in my hands! I’m so excited to see the results and will be sure to keep everyone updated. The only thing that sucked was the pain AFTER the procedure. Omg my mouth/cheeks were in SO much pain but I popped 3 Advil’s and I was good to go lol

Pain is now completely gone but cheeks are pretty swollen! I’ve been icing it a few times a day

I just got mine done today by Dr Omar Lazos. Can’t wait to see the results. I swear I can see some an indentation in one of my cheeks already lol but Idk because it’s all swollen haha

@ Gabriela -- I just found dr. Lazos last night, what was your experience like? Did you also do chin Lipo ?

It was a good experience. He was very friendly. One of the bags hurt when air was coming out but I’m not the only one as I’ve heard it from plenty more people too. His office is in a really safe area too. We even walked around the block and felt safe. The hospital is right across the street and his office is very nice and modern! The staff was also nice and one of the best prices around too! I paid $500.. oh and the office was literally 5 mins into the border.

Lol thank you! It’s only been one week so I don’t see anything drastic but I think a have a veryyy slight indentation as well. I’m so excited for the results! From what I’ve been reading most people start seeing results about 3 weeks in so I’m just patiently waiting :)
