Super satisfied. Dr. Rafa listened to my concerns of not wanting my eyes to look like I was frozen in a light socket :). His work returned the beauty of my eyes to my face - I looked like my 30 year old self again. (I had surgery at 50). My motivation was that my eyelids had become so heavy that I actually could feel them on my face. Recovery was not too bad, I did some light therapy after the surgery and that cut down on bruising and swelling. I kept the stitches in for 7 days and within a month, I was pretty normal. I appreciated that he never tried to oversell results and made me aware of all options. Dr. Rafa is an artist!

Dr. Rafa is a warm and professional (board certified) plastic surgeon. He speaks perfect English. His clinic/hospital is less than 2 years old - the facility and medical equipment is top of the line. His staff are highly qualified and very attentive. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure which was done in the clinic/hospital - I had an excellent anaestheslogist who is part of the staff and a also a board certified doctor. If you plan to come from the US to do this, Guadalajara is an easy place to manage.
