Rhinoplasty in Guadalajara

So I have been wanting to get my nose fixed since I was about 11. I'm 24 now. I came to mexico on June 30 th to have Dr. Enrique andrade do my operation. I chose him because of his before and afters on the website, the cost (much lower than I'm the usa) and the fact that he is a certified head and neck surgeon who is certified in the us and in mexico and columbia. I am 1 day post opp and feel no pain thus far. Just a lot of congestion. I will update as I heal.

I am currently one day post op. I had my surgery yesterday and was able to rest at my hotel last night. Today I saw Dr. Andrade again in the morning. He examined my stitches and cleaned everything. I am supposed to clean incisions and inside the nose 2x a day. I will see him again in 1 week to remove stitches. I can post another photo then.

So they tell me today is the worst day as far as healing goes. I have some pain but mostly a lot of inner nose swelling and congestion. It feels like the worst cold of my entire life and made it so difficult to sleep well. I've been able to go out in public with my splint on and enjoy my time in Guadalajara but i wish I didn't have to breathe exclusively from my mouth.
