I'm a 48 year old African American female, hopeless romantic and for the past 3 years I've noticed my nasolabial folds becoming more predominant as I age. I have always believed in "keeping yourself up", a motto a play brother shared if I wished to marry one day. I routinely believe in chemical peels, facials, premium beauty products and eating healthy. So after having a procedure that involved nourishing the skin, I was not pleased with the wrinkles around my mouth. I had tried online exercises for the face and to no avail nothing really helped. I was already a patient of Dr. Balle for skin problems, and went to him for a consultation. I explained what I did not like about my face, and that I looked sad and older than what I wanted to look. He discussed my options and the side effects and recommended filler. I was nervous and prayed about the whole procedure and have to admit the results exceeded my expectations. It was worth every penny and some. I looked younger, like the person I use to look like 10 years ago. People at work commented that a recent vacation did me justice, but what they did not know that it was the fillers. It was like magic the wrinkles were hardly noticeable. This was a gift to myself and I will continue to go for regular touch-up's ! I Love Dr. Balle!
