I am very sorry you are unhappy with your results. You do not leave any information for us to know when you actually had this surgery. If it is within the last three months or less I would suggest giving it time as things can change up to six months out. But we do explain to all patients that a butt lift will only inhance your current butt shape and only the lower back and side of the butt can actually change shape significantly. We do tell this to every person who has this done. Most patients that are unhappy have some flat spots on the buttock area and are wanting these to go away. We do fill up these areas butt the cause for these flat spots are what are called septal attachments of the skin to the muscle and these do not simply go away completely with just fat grafting. We also do attempt to release these attachments but the effect of that release can never be predicted. This is something we go over with every patient. I would suggest coming in and showing us the areas of concern so we may see if there is someway to improve these areas. If there is something that was not performed right we always repair this at no cost to the patient. But please remember we can not make your shape look like someone else just like with breast augmentation , butt augmentation only enhances what you already have while letting us reshape your lower back and flanks. I would also like to point out your price quoted shows we did not charge for the fat transfer as well. Our policy is to always try to make everyone happy an I would hope this patient would actually call the office and come see us again as there is no way to even begin to evaluate her concerns when this is done anonymously.

I am sorry you are unhappy. When a person has flat spots in the buttock they can only sometimes be improved as these are caused by septal bans from the skin to the muscle below. I always tell patients that this will only enhance what your butt looks like already and sometimes improve dimpling or flat spots. But always improves the curves of the waist line. We are sorry you are unhappy as we always want our patients happy. We always explain to patients that fat augmentation or Brazillian butt lift only enhances your buttock area. People can have what are called septal attachments from the skin to the muscle below causing dimpling and some flat spots. We always tell patients that this does not always go away and that they should expect that some of that can still be there. If the physician try's to release too many of these attachments a pocket below the tissue will develop and as a result transfered fat in that area will form a fluid collection and the fat will not take there and instead the patient will get a seroma and have many complications from that. I know patients come in with pictures saying that want a certain butt. You must remember if your having this done that it only enhances your butt it does not make it look like someone else's. We are always very clear on this point during our consults. Even with that said we always offer to revise areas if someone is unhappy but we are unable to reach out to this person as she has elected to be anonymous. I hope she will follow up and discuss this case with us.
