I read your story and thought I had written this myself! Just like you, just turned 43, had kids, got separated and am looking for a fuller look to deflated and small breasts!
:-)
I went for sizing last week and we have decided for Allergan Ispira round, textured ( they say it's better against capsular contraction so I chose these) 275 / 295 or 310 cc(maximum!) moderate projection. I hope they will not be too big.
I am hoping ( just like you) to have something small and natural and hope I will not have to go through surgery again in the future.
In the beginning I wanted the teardrop shape but as they say there could be a risk of the implant rotating I don't want to take chances so i'll go for round with dual plane surgery. I hope the muscle will push down the implant on the upper pole so that the slope will be nice and not too fake. I didn't want the high or moderate plus projection as I think thy will stick out too much and i won't like the side view.
In any case, the surgeon will have all three sizes in the OP room and will see what fits best.
My breasts are just a tiny bit smaller than yours and I am pretty thin on top in respect to the bottom so i want my body to finally be harmonious.
I hope I will achieve the look i am aimimg for.
Planning on January 14th for the actual op.Let me know what you are going to do.

42 Yo, 3 Kids, 2 Breastfed, 36A Wanting Full B Modest/natural Look
Hi gals! I had my second consultation in Greenville, SC today. I was very impressed with his calm bedside manner. He answered my 3 pages of questions. We decided on an endoscopic trans axillary sub muscular using smooth round Mentor high profile implants. I am most likely going to schedule for mid January 2016. I am tall 5'9" and about 137 pounds. I want a small-medium modest natural look. I definitely don't want to end up with big mellon looking boobs. The doctor suggested 275-low 300 cc's. I hope to talk to some of his previous patients and staff who have had breast augmentation and pick their brain as far as the recovery and their results. I would love to hear from anyone who has used him for breast augmentation or anyone with similar measurements and goals.

42 Years Old, 3 Kids, Breast Augmentation
Tomorrow is the big day! 5'9" 137 pounds, deflated A-B cup. I am hoping for a full B-small C when all done and healed. I have been wanting this for twenty years but only started researching it four months ago. I am glad I waited until I was done having kids and breast feeding. I am getting endoscopic trans-axillary incisions with smooth, round high profile silicone implants. I am leaning towards 275-325 cc. I don't want to go too big because I know I will sag as I age anyway. I am hoping to have a nice improvement but not need a revision or future surgery. Fingers crossed!
That's great your doctor can work with wish boob pictures...that makes sense. You might find it helpful to join the Tall Women Getting Breast Implants Forum. Often times taller women will choose a slightly larger implant to go with their height. It doesn't mean you have to have side boob, etc. But do ask your doctor where your implants will end up as you currently do have a gap between your breasts which is hard to "close" with smaller implants. One other note, chances are, you will most likely have one more breast surgery in your future as the implants don't last forever. Here is the January 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some additional pre and post op support.
