Excited to find my new PS!
So here is my update....... I drove 4 hours to Raliegh, NC and had a consultation with DR. Morea. I spent almost 2 hours in his office with him and his staff, I really feel good about having him do my revision surgery. He wants to see me again in May to make sure my right breast is staying in place and to assure that all swelling is down. This is what he will do....... Exchange saline for silicone implants with left internal pocket modification with sutures and ADM. I do want to go a bit bigger and will discusses size at my next appointment when I book my revision surgery. It's summer and I'm very active so I'll wait ( although it's killing me to do so) till probably sometime in September for my revision. I seriously can not wait!

I'm 48, 5'4 and 110 pounds. I've lived with small breast, 32AA for far to long....... After the end of a 20 year marriage, I decided it was time for me to look and feel good about myself! So I researched and pick a PS. On October 23 of 2014 I had my surgery. We chose the Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Saline 340cc in my left breast and 350cc in my right, under the mucle.I was totally pleased and happy with the results until about the 4th month. I started to notice that my breast seamed to really loose volume and fullness. Also my left breast had dropped way low and both breast would distort when I flex my chest mucles. Both breast were also falling into my armpits! The gap was just getting larger and farther apart. I had more cleavage at 32AA......... I'm feeling as though I just look like I have saggy, out of shape boobs! WOW! I paid for this? Well don't get me wrong, at least I have some boobies now. But really I excpected them to look way better. needless to say when I had my 4 month check up I was totally discouraged by what my PS had to say. First of all when I got to the office for my appointment the nurse said the PS was out of the office for a meeting and she would be seeing me. I told her I was having a few issues and really needed to see the PS, she said okay but it could be several minutes because he still wasn't back from his meeting ( yet this was my apt. time to see him ). I was fine with that. Within 2 minutes my PL and the nurse are coming in the door and he's making a big issue about him wanting to also see me. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as if he already got my money and really excpected the nurse to see me and I was waisting his time. He went on to say that " well I can go in and tack that pocket but it's not guaranteed and it will pull your breast together a bit. But there's really nothing I can do about the distortion your having when flexing you chest mucle. Let's just wait another 3 months and revisit the issue.".............. Really? I've reasurched these issues and know things can be done to solve the problems. but I didn't want to offend him or sound like I was blaming him for the problems. I realize these things could happen, I just wanted to know he would and could fix the issues. So now I'm searching for a new PL and a little nervouse about picking the wrong one. I have a consultation on the 16th, I'll be driving 4 hours from my home. Wish me luck!

Good luck! I'm having surgery in June. If you ever feel comfortable saying, I would like to know who you went to (you can message me). I've met with three in the upstate area, but I believe I'm going with Blakemore.

Hi darling!
I had similar issue but after some months it dis resolve. Everything depends on the incision/ size of pocket and texture/ projection. Is it a smooth high-profile?
