66 year old female with sagging jowls and neck

Dr johns spent time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. He did a fantastic job and I look between 10-15 years younger and couldn't be happier. The staff at his office and surgery center were great. The preop instructions were very detailed as well as the postop instructions.
