10 days post, feeling pretty good. Still tight though. Had my follow up with the nurse Fri and she said everything looks good but still sleep on my back for the next 3 weeks till I see the Dr. And by then I need to have to surgi strips off so he can see my incisions. Her suggestion was to let them come off on their own but to kinda start peeling it back while in the shower.
Boobs though are still so high, had to resort to Nair because I can't shave my underarms, she assured me when they drop that problem will go away. But I've also had to buy aerosol deodorant too because of them lol.

Hey! It's been 12 months since your procedure. How are you doing now? We'd love to hear from you again :)

Day 5...feeling much better. Taking muscle relaxers still though as directed. Kind of nervous because I'm doing more than I know I should be, but I do have 1 year old that needs his mommy. I try to not lift him or carry him unless I have too but it's unavoidable at times.
Boobs feel good, still high and very itchy. Ugh. Have my 1st follow up this Friday with a nurse.

Looking great for 5 days post-op. I can relate, the itching is no joke. I just keep lathering them in bio oil. I'm careful that it doesn't get into the incisions though.

I'm nervous to put anything on them yet lol. I see the nurse tomorrow so hopefully she'll give me some advice

Well, surgery went well and smooth. Less pain than I expected. I was able to go watch my son's dek hockey game that evening and afternoon the next day.
Sleeping is the most challenging part, not being able to really move into my side. Pictures of before and 2 days post
