Well I decided I am still unhappy with the size they turned out to be , I went back for a second consult and we are replacing them June 23 , this time I am going with 595cc round smooth HP sientra silicone unders. Will post a few update photos soon.

On March 2, 2017 I received a mommy makeover from DR. Johns. I had a mini tummy tuck with hernia repair as well as some muscle tightening (only partially needed done around my belly button) . He originally thought there would be no muscle tightening when feeling my stomach wall at my consultation but during operation decided it was necessary which I appreciated him doing for the best result. I also received 355 HP round sientra silicone implants with breast lift as well. Lipo to my flanks , bra line, and last minute asked him to do my outter and inner thighs right before the procedure (there was minimal fat so there was not extra charge) I also greatly appreciated that ! So far I am very pleased with the results however I Do have a bit of size envy and wish I had gone slightly bigger with my implants . I started out as a 36A and am a 36C now , I was in a size 2/4 pants and was back in the same size about a month later after some swelling had went down. I also am having Thermiva treatments to top it all off but with another plastic surgeon as they do not offer these at Dr.Jons office . Overall 100% worth it !

How long would you say I would need to take off of work with a procedure similar to yours?

I took one week off and I had an office job , but I only wen back the second week for 4 hours a day each day . Even that was pushing it , I would recommend 2 weeks to be safe and really get the rest you will need after this type of procedure .

Honestly I took a week off and went back only 4 hours a day the second week . I wish I would have taken the full two weeks , I had a desk job btw.

That's great ! You won't be disappointed , he does amazing work and has such a nice bedside manner and really talks to you about everything thoroughly and what he thinks would be best etc.
About the boob envy, you can always get bigger later right? :) And now that you've had the lift it will be easier on the breasts if you decide to go bigger. :) I was very concerned about going too small and it's amazing how even 500-600's can feel small sometimes. I was told not to go any bigger because of the lift and now I'm glad I didn't go too big I'm very happy with the size I got fortunately. A C cup is great for many reasons. :)
