I had been very insecure about my nose since I was about 11 years old. My nose wasn't always big when I was younger but for some reason the more I aged the bigger it was. At a young age I developed a hump that made my face look unproportional. I however do wear glasses so that sort of covered the hump but then it came to a point where I hated taking my glasses off because I didn't want anyone to see how big my nose was. I did get bullied because of my nose, everyone (including family) always called me "big nose" and I acted like it never bothered me, but it hurt me so much. 2015 was the year I had my procedure done and now I am currently 5 days post with the cast removed. The experience wasn't painful at all until today that I had it removed and got to see my new nose. I looked completely different! However, I felt dizziness during the removal process. Right now I have swelling but that is normal. I do however wonder how to clean the inside of my nose, I got a closed rhino so I'm afraid I might mess up scar tissues inside my nose and wonder how long it'll take to heal in the inside, I'm kinda squeamish just to clean it because all the dry blood and I don't want to mess up the incision, any advice ???? But that's basically it I am just waiting for it to heal but I love the results I'm having, worth it!

Cast off!
TheNewLook12June 29, 2015
So today is Monday, I took my cast off Friday evening, I like how my profile view looks like but I wear glasses and when I take it off at the end of the day my nose ends up looking weird. I know I shouldn't be wearing glasses but I am literally blind and contact lenses takes forever to get. Anyways, I like how it looks just not the middle part I'm hoping it is because of it being swollen.

If u wear glasses u should try to wear a part of the cast or tape them too your forehead so there isn't any pressure on your nose. Looks very nice and natural!

You are gorgeous and I cannot wait to see how it looks with no bandages at all. Of course you'll be swollen for quite a while, but I hope that when all is said and done you will love your results! Please keep us posted!
