Consultations

I visited Dr. Contogiannis for a breast augmentation consultation . I was greeted when I arrived and waited about 15-20 minutes before I was taken back. I felt very at ease with Dr. C. as soon as I met her, she is soft spoken and very detailed. While discussing my medical history, I would answer her question and she would ask for more details or ask another question, I found this very comforting knowing she was taking the time to actually get to know me. She spent a lot of time going over the procedure in detail and filled me in on the risks, probabilities and possibilities, more so than any doctor I have seen. Out of the 4 consultations I have had, she was my favorite and she is also competitive in price.  Unfortunately, I requested a revision to my quote after the consultation and I have yet to hear back from the office. Communication is key!! Dr. Contogiannis deserves a 5 star review based on the in-office consultation but I am very disappointed that I have had no communication after the consult.

Dr. Coley was my second consultation for Breast Augmentation, his office is very nice and it is definitely a big plus that he has his own surgical center. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. I was not a fan of his assistant that was not friendly at all, she acted very distant and there was no conversation other than the medical questions she asked me. Dr. Coley came in the room, explained the procedure and answered my questions. He spent half the amount of time as my other consults did taking measurements and actually examining my breasts, the whole consult took the shortest amount of time out of the 4 I have had. I personally felt no connection with the assistant, Dr. or the patient coordinator, the consult felt rushed and impersonal. Because he has his own surgical center, his prices are very competitive and he was the cheapest quote I have received.
