Always loved the look of my breast just wanted to enhance the size. I went for my surgery Tuesday June 23rd. I got 400cc mod plus saline implants sub muscular in the inframammary fold. Was a small B cup before.

I am 4 days post op and I'm feeling very sad about the shape of my breast. They are rectangular shaped due to the implant being high. I have to wear a compression band to try to settle the implant and it is very painful. I can't wear a bra so I am getting no support. I wish I knew what caused my implants to sit so high.

Hopefully they will drop some over the next week!

Did u keep your nipple piercings? I have them but I don't want to let them go when I get my breast augmentation. Also I know this may sound weird but did your areola get a little bigger after implants lol?

Hi! I had to take out the bars for the surgery because they use an electrocautery. I was going to put them back in after but my nipples are so tender I decided not to. I'll probably get them repierced after they drop. I don't think my nipples are bigger I just think since my boobs are fuller the nipple pokes out a little more lol! Good luck!

I have piercings as well and I had plastic jewelry in for my surgery since you cannot have metal. I remember the nurse telling me the doctor may take them out for my procedure but would put them back in. When I woke up, the plastic horseshoe rings were in. I replaced my metal about 3-4 days later since my nipples were still numb and I knew I wouldn't feel any discomfort.

See my nipples never lost sensation. They actually are super sensitive now. I haven't had any numbness at all in my boobs either. So weird

Hi! I had my surgery done on June 23 as well with 400 cc saline submuscular. How is your pain? The only time I'm ever uncomfortable at this point is in the morning "morning boob".

Yes! I woke up around 7 this am and it's was really painful more in my right boob. I took some ibuprofen as trying to stay off the pain pills and it helped but I did read that it is the worst first thing in the morning. I feel totally fine now other then the painful compression band.

I'm trying to stay off pain pills as well but haven't needed ibuprofen. I'm not much of a medication person so I managed to get up and move my body around and that helped ! This compression band is a super pain! Can't wait for it to come off so I can rock my cute clothes haha!

I don't think ibuprofen is a good option to take right now for pain since it can cause issues talk to your PS. Instead take Tylenol.

Please don't stress hun it will get better ,everyday is a roller coaster just be patient ,I wish I was pain free already I will be 6 weeks and I'm still having the morning boobs which hurts so bad when getting up but once I move around it goes away ,my nipples were so sensitive but that's going away 2, So you see we all go through rough days too, but it gets better I promise ..happy healings xo

1 week post op :)

So it's been a week! How exciting. so my implants are starting to drop more into the pocket and look nice and round vs the rectangular shape they had before. I'm really starting to love them although I'm kind of feeling like I may have gone a little to big.

I'm no longer taking and pain meds. I had to stop them because of the constipation. I've just been taking ibuprofen as I need it. I wake up every night at 3am in pain. Everything just feels so tight. The ibuprofen helps and I usually wake up in the am totally fine. Guess my "morning boob" comes in the night.

I'm still wearing the horrible compression band and I do think it has with dropping. I have a post op appointment tomorrow and I am hoping he will give me the ok to wear a bra. My scars have given me no problems. I'm planning on using silicon scar sheets on them. I've used them before and they really to work quickly.

Looking good lady !!! I'm stuck with the compression band until Sunday. I get to massage them now and it's actually kind of fun. Weird at first but the massaging really helps with the drop. I can feel the implant at the bottom of my breast now. How do you feel? Huge confidence booster for me. Keep at it. You're doing great !

Went for my post op today. No more band! I still can't wear a bra. My right is dropping faster then my left but I can feel the implants at the bottom. Started massaging today. It's so weird because they are still really firm. I'm loving the way they look in tops!

That band was the devil. It really did help. My ps said as long as I do my massages properly then the band was no longer necessary.
