Gotta get my weight fluctuation in check! My scar is fading fast without and topical or massages. I just kinda let it do whatever it was gonna do. I still have some swelling from time to time. I don't wear a compression garment at all. I'm feeling normal again.

Walking does a body good
I'm loving my new shape. I'm 12 wpo... I think. Anyways I've been walking 5+ miles a day and eating low carbs. Walking is good for my mental clarity and waste line :). Happy healing everyone!! Ps.. everyone thinks I had a boob job, nope! I was blessed with decent boobs (even after nursing 5 babies for a year each) and a butt like a backroad! Haha!

You look fabulous! Great results:) I had a MM, I feel the boobs were an added bonus and don't bother me at all. Lucky you, you had them already:) I hope my results look like yours at 12 weeks!

I have wanted this for many years but knew I...
I have wanted this for many years but knew I wanted more children first. I am so happy with my decision to finally get it done. I feel proud of my body for the first time in 18 years. Greatest investment I could have made for my self esteem! Ladies, it's not selfish... we deserve it! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair as well a hernia repair and lipo to the flanks.

You look wonderful!!! I am scheduled for MM in July 6. Hope my results are similar to yours. Did you have a good recovery or were there setbacks for you?
Thank you. I had superficial necrosison my bb but it was all out and healed very quick with no sign of it. My recovery was very easy. I tried to eat really good a few weeks before and after. I drank a green juice system which I think helped with a speedy recovery. Just take it easy and and low yourself to heal. All make sure you have bromelain and arnica pellets. They help so much!!

You should be able to find a juicing company in your town. They usually offer a 3 day detox or a system for healing. I got the one for healing components like ginger and pineapple.
I got 6 organic juices plus two elixirs a day for 3 days. 150.00 but was well worth it. No swelling at all which allowed for my incision to heal fast. My doctor and his nurse was amazed at how fast I was healing and standing up straight.

I took this about two weeks ago. I just posted an update yesterday.
Congrats on that new figure! Looking good! I miss walking! Can't wait to start that back up free my wound healing. Can't sweat to allow my wounds to heal from BA.
