Having tried Ultherapy to lift my sagging upper...
Having tried Ultherapy to lift my sagging upper eye lids and not happy with the results (not at PSS), I opted for upper brow surgery. After researching bay area surgeons and meeting with three, I decided to proceed with Dr. Poulos. Dr. Poulos immediately recognized a relatively hidden scar above my left eye lid and talked at length about how to deal with an existing scar at the incision site. He also discussed expectations, recovery and the procedure itself. He was friendly, thorough and answered all my concerns and questions. I decided as I left the office to proceed and scheduled the pre-op and operation appointments. I also decided to to do a fat transfer procedure during the eye lid surgery to fill under eye hollows.
A note about the PSS office and staff: I've visited PSS eight times and sat in the waiting room once for all of one minute before being taken to a exam room. The other seven times, I was taken directly to an exam room. The office staff are super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and do not make you wait:) I've had scheduling problems for appointments and they are always helpful and quick to offer alternatives to scheduling conflicts. Of several offices I've used over the years, PSS is the absolute best!
The surgery itself went well and recovery was uneventful other than slightly more than expected swelling from the fat transfer procedure. Approximately eight weeks from the procedure, I am very happy with the results. My eye lids look great and the hollows under my eyes are gone.
Overall, the experience was the most positive of any cosmetic procedure I've had in the past. I highly recommend PSS and Dr. Poulos.
